When M-ROCK contacted us, they were suffering from a headache that is, unfortunately, all too common. Their service provider was not meeting deadlines and took too long to finish jobs. They were not available during emergencies and, in fact, not available during normal business hours at all. And let's face it. A service provider that isn't there when you need them is really no service to you at all.
The WMG Cure
When M-ROCK called, WMG sprang into action. First, we assigned a team of website experts to provide a thorough analysis of the M-ROCK website. Once we determined what the site needed to be effective, WMG redesigned the site for maximum efficiency and productivity. For example, once a product became unavailable in a certain style or color, it needed to be removed immediately to eliminate customer confusion and frustration.
Next, we moved the redesigned website "live" to test it as a user would to troubleshoot and fix any glitches. Then, after backing up all files in case of an emergency, we moved the website live for real. Again we tested and performed troubleshooting to see if any issues would arise. Confident that the new website was ready to go, we launched the redesigned M-ROCK website with great success.
WMG assumed all of M-ROCK's website management activities, leaving the people at M-ROCK free to do what they do best: make and sell top quality camera bags for travel and adventure.
