When M-ROCK contacted us, they were suffering from a headache that is, unfortunately, all too common. Their service provider was not meeting deadlines and took too long to finish jobs. They were not available during emergencies and, in fact, not available during normal business hours at all. And let's face it. For example, once a product became unavailable in a certain style or color, it needed to be removed immediately to eliminate customer confusion and frustration.

Next, we moved the redesigned website "live" to test it as a user would to troubleshoot and fix any glitches. Then, after backing up all files in case of an emergency, we moved the website live for real. Again we tested and performed troubleshooting to see if any issues would arise.
